Prayer:
Eternal God, as a prelude to our experience together today, we bow humbly before you in acknowledgement of your never-ending mercies. Gratefully we receive the gifts which flow from you beneficent hand. Eagerly we anticipate the fellowship which awaits us, the food which will sustain us, and the opportunity to renew our commitment to service.
We offer our thanks for the blessing of food and for those who prepare and serve it. Bless our fellowship, our table conversations, and the efforts we make to serve others.
Help us to be receptive to your guiding spirit in our personal lives and corporate situations. Amen.
Annoucements:
**Special Program – Instead of a “speaker”, our program will be wonderful Holiday Music provided by The Mississippi String Quartet lead by concert violinist Marta Szlubowska.
**Club Elections – We will be holding our Annual Meeting where our election of Officers and Directors for the next Rotary year will be conducted.
**Holiday Gift Bags for Walton Elementary Pre-K Students – As a club service project, we are presenting a holiday gift bag for 36 Pre-K students at Walton Elementary School on Wednesday, December 21. Following our meeting Tuesday, we will need volunteers to fill each of the 36 bags. If you can please plan to stay for a few minutes to help.
