Prayer
O God of amazing grace and goodness, as we gather again for fellowship and pursuit of our reasons for being Rotarians, we give thanks for blessings received since last we met. We offer thanks for food once again provided for us, and for conversational interchanges about these tables. We pray that the work of our officers will prosper, to the end that our service in the community and in the world be enhanced. Amen.
Shower Power Donations
We are collecting items listed below for Shower Power though the 1st quarter. There is a need for pop top can foods like sardines, Spam, tuna & chicken and other protein items.
February 24, 2026, Meeting
Gail Cornell, an architectural historian, spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson during its February 24, 2026, meeting. Cornell is a city planner, preservationist, graduate school lecturer and educator. She also is founder and leader of nonprofit Saving Historic Hazlehurst. She and her husband bought the historic Robert L. Covington house on Extension Street in Hazlehurst and are restoring it.
