Prayer
O God, in these days of Spring we delight to behold the exquisite tapestry of variegated color, blades of grass, brilliant blossoms of flowers and trees, and a myriad of plants pushing their way through soil to add their contribution to the world of beauty around us. Lord, please continue to put your healing hands on Don. We have seen what prayer can do. Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do with his healing. Bless now our food to strengthen our bodies and our fellowship to enrich our relationships. Amen.

Update on Don
Don is still not out of the woods. He is still having a little bleeding and had to have 1pt of blood, but not as bad as it was. They are waiting for the doctor to make his rounds. He is still in ICU at UMMC and not wanting visitors as of now. Please continue to pray for Don and his family as well at his medical team. Also, please donate blood if you can.
Shower Power Donations
Shower Power is currently in great need of men’s tennis shoes (sizes 10–14) and men’s underwear (new) in sizes medium, large, and extra-large. They also need pop-top food items. Please bring the donations to our meeting and we will deliver them to Shower Power.
Club Fundraiser
The Rotary Club of North Jackson will have a fundraiser for the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra's School String Instrument Repair Fund, featuring the Mississippi String Quartet, helping maintain and restore instruments for their School Music Program. It will be held Tuesday May 19th @ 6:30 at the Rickhouse in Jackson. Some 500 students are involved in the MSO's School Music Program. We will not have a noon meeting on the 19th.
