Club Assembly
Our club's annual Club Assembly will be held Tuesday, June 18th starting at 5:30 with our hospitality time and dinner at 6:30, at St. Andrews Cathedral with the famous Holy Smokers preparing the meal. We will not have our regular noon meeting that day.
Prayer
Gracious God, to whom we owe gratitude and praise for blessings unnumbered, we express our thanks today for this gathering and the opportunities it holds for us. Help us, however, to go beyond just voicing our gratitude to living daily with a grateful spirit. Bless our local efforts to serve others, to infuse our community with the proven principles we espouse, and to be the standard bearers for truth in our spheres of influence. Bless and strengthen us through food and fellowship for the pursuit of our purposes as a club. Amen.

May 28, 2024, Meeting
Christina Dent, Founder and President of End It For Good, spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson during its June 4, 2024, meeting. End it For Good strives to help children, families, and communities by shifting away from a criminal justice approach to drugs and addiction and towards health-centered approaches that prioritize life and the opportunity to thrive. Dent informed club members about their new report titled Healthy & Hired, growing Mississippi's workforce through a health-centered approach to drug use.
