Twenty-four Mandela Washington Follows visited the Rotary Club of North Jackson during its July 2, 2024, meeting. The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders is a program conducted by the US Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Jackson State University was selected to conduct one of 10 Leadership in Business Institutes as part of the program. Club Executive Secretary/Treasurer Don Roberts presented a club banner to Rotarian Sarah Funmilayo Kuponiyi from Nigeria.
