Andy Young Recognized as Paul Harris Fellow

At the August 2 meeting of the Rotary Club of North Jackson, Rotarian Andy Young was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow for having donated $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation. Young is owner of Pearl River Glass Studio in Jackson.

A Rotarian becomes a Paul Harris Fellow after contributing $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation. The Paul Harris Fellow award was established in 1957 to show appreciation for and encourage substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Scholarships.
