Bul Mabil Honored as a Paul Harris Fellow

Former Sudanese Lost Boy, current Jackson resident, and Rotary Peace Fellow Bul Mabil,. was presented a certificate and pin as a Paul Harris Fellow
at the Rotary Club of North Jackson's August 19 meeting. Mr. Mabil will depart for the the UK where he will begin his Peace Fellow studies on August
31. He will be accompanied by his wife and children. The Peace Fellow program lasts 15 months. Mr. Mabil was one of 50 Peace fellows selected in
a global competition. The Rotary Club of North Jackson nominated him for the fellowship. When the program is completed, he expects to utilize what
he learned in advancing global conflict resolution. Mr. Mabil is shown in the photo below with club members & Past Presidents Jim Stanley and Dick
Dickerson who presented him with his certificate and pin.
