Andy Chapman, EatJxn, and Alex Eaton, The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen, speak to Rotary Club of North Jackson.

Andy Chapman, founder  of EatJxn and Alex Eaton, Executive Chef and Owner, of The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson at its March 24, 2015 meeting abouit their respective enterprises. EatJxn started in 2009 as a blog/website about the Jackson, MS food scene. The website has since expended throughout the SouthEast. Andy Chapman is a graduate of Mississippi State University. He is shown at the right and Mr. Eaton is shown below below. Mr. Eaton founded the Manship  two years ago. He studied at MS State and at Johnson and Wales University Clulinary School in Charlote , NC and worked for the Besh Restaurant Group in New Orleans at its restaurants. The Manship specializes in Mediterranean inspired foods and features locally grown foods.Since its founding, The Manship has become a well reocgnized and respected restaurant in the Jackson Metro Area. We thank both Mr. Chapman and Mr. Eaton for their presentations and for their contributions to our area.
