Dr. Brad Ingram speaks to Rotary Club of North Jackson

Dr. Brad Ingram, a pediatric neurologist, with the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson at its September 15, 2015 meeting. The topic of his presentation was the treatment of childhood seizures, particularly pediatric epilepsy. He described in detail problems of childhood seizures commenting that these diseases are to a large degree genetic. He discussed a young girl he treated as a 4 month old who has recovered from her disease to see and to speak at the age of two years when the expectation when she was first diagnosed was that neither would occur.
