Jackson Real Estate Developers Speak to Rotary -Club of North Jackson

Jackson Real Estate developers Ted Duckworth and
Breck Hines spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jack-
son at its November 8, 2016 meeting. The subject
of their presentation was the 21 acre District at East-
over, a new, grassroots multi-use development at the
intersection of Eastover Drive and I55 in Jackson. The
development, which includes residential, retail, and
office space is nearing completion. A Marriott Resi-
dence Inn and an office building are completed and
occupied. A bank is scheduled to open in early Decem-
ber. Other buildings are scheduled to be completed
over the next 6 months.
