JPD Pct. 4 Commander Receives Paul Harris Fellowship Award

James McGowan, Commander of JPD's Pct. 4 was recognized for his dedication, commitment and and accomplishments for the citizens of the City of Jackson at the Rotary Club of North Jackson's September 30 meeting. Commander McGowan was accompanied by several of JPD Chief Lee Vance's command staff at the meeting. Commander McGowan is an active member of the Jackson community with many outside interests. including being a Boy Scout Scoutmaster as well as a regular participant in the Eagle Scout Boards of Review for the Andrew Jackson Council.
