MS Opera Representatives Visit Rotary Club of North Jackson

Dr. Jay Dean, Director of the Mississippi Opera Orchestra, Professor of Music at the University of Southern Mississippi , and Director of the USM Symphony Orchestra, and Ms. Stacey Trenteseaux, a soprano with the Mississippi Orchestra visited the Rotary Club of North Jackson at its April 7, 2015 meeting. Dr. Dean spoke about the Opera and opera in general. Ms. Trenteseaux presented two Arias from American operas, one from Susannah and the other Summertime from Porgy and Bess.
