Retired MEMA Executive Director Speaks to Rotary Club of North Jackson

Mr. Robert Latham, Retired Director of the Mississippi Emergency

Management Agency (MEMA) spoke to the Rotary Club of North

Jackson at its March 22, 2016 meeting. Mr. Latham discussed his

experiences as director, including those immediately following

Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Mr. Latham is shown in the accompany-

ing photo during his talk. We thank him for his interesting and

informative presentation and for his service to our state.
