JPD Pct. 4 Officer Joseph McCarroll was recognized as the Officer of the Quarter by the Rotary Club of North Jackson at the club’s November 30 meeting. Officer McCarroll was honored for his diligent police work apprehending auto burglary and attempted carjacking suspects in the Belhaven neighborhood.
