At its July 3, 2018 meeting, the Rotary Club of North Jackson recognized William G. "Bill" Osborne as the 2017-2018 Rotarian of the Year. Bill is shown in the accompanying photo receiving his plaque from 2017-2018 Club President Witt Ruffin. Bil has been a member of the Rotary Club of North Jackson since May 2010 and has edited the Club's newsletter, the "Wheel" since 2012. Congratulations, Bill, on this recognition.
