Attorney Tommie Cardin, chair of the MS Charter School Authorizer Board spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson at its July 15 meeting. The topic of his presentation was Mississippi Charter Schools. He described the process for getting a charter school in MS and the likely school in the City of Jackson.
